Coaching Techniques

  • LDF Online and the customer will arrange the coaching programme, which may be booked up to one month in advance. LDF Online will offer a coaching session frequency based on a professional assessment of the client’s needs. This advice, or plan, is not binding and may be revised and adjusted by mutual consent during the coaching journey, according to the provisions of this agreement.
  • The number of coaching sessions will be decided upon between LDF Online and the customer prior to the commencement of the coaching. Where no set number of sessions is agreed upon, sessions will be delivered on an individual basis. Due to the nature of coaching, an initial term of six sessions is typically advised. Payment in full is needed prior to or at the start of the first session. Following that, more sessions might be scheduled.

III. Each session is typically 60 minutes long, however this can be agreed upon between LDF Online and the customer prior to the session beginning.

  • Coaching will take place face-to-face (at a mutually agreed-upon location), over Skype (client calls coach), or over the phone (client calls coach). Face-to-face tutoring will take place at LDF Online’s office or a mutually agreed location. When coaching takes place in a mutually agreed-upon location, the client is responsible for all expenditures paid by LDF Online during that time period. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for contacting LDF Online at the times specified.
  • Between coaching sessions, the SA may assign the client assignments or exercises to perform. Although the client is not required to execute these chores, failure to do so may impede the client’s progress toward improved quality of life or toward desired parental, business, or personal results. Clients are encouraged to provide any information needed by LDF Online about assignments at least 24 hours prior to the coaching session during which they will be discussed. During coaching sessions, LDF Online will offer feedback on completed assignments.
  • Between sessions, the client may contact LDF Online through phone or email to report a success or to seek clarity on a coaching concern. LDF Online views support between sessions as an integral aspect of the coaching process. LDF Online will always notify a customer in advance if the nature of the client’s communication is likely to result in an additional charge, and no additional costs will be imposed without the client’s consent.

Session Cancellation & Re-Scheduling

  • If a client wishes to reschedule a coaching appointment, they must do so at least 48 hours in advance. Clients will not be refunded for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours’ notice is provided. In extraordinary situations, LDF Online may need to reschedule a coaching session; in these cases, LDF Online will make reasonable efforts to find a mutually agreeable alternate appointment time for the client.
  • If you cancel or postpone your next session within 48 hours, you will forfeit the session’s fee and benefits.

IMPORTANT – Please offer 48 hours notice if you wish to change the timing of your session in order to prevent forfeiting the session’s value. We appreciate being flexible and accommodating your schedule, but if insufficient notice is provided (less than 48 hours), we are left with a vacant slot that might have been filled, resulting in a loss of money and significant inconvenience. This is readily avoidable.

  • If a client pays for a session, or series of sessions, in advance, they must complete the coaching session(s) within three months of the payment, otherwise their fee will be lost.
