The Tex Mex Industrial Park is a 26.5 acre Foreign Trade Zone development. Completed in 1982, the Park offers the unique feature of having all of its lots rail served. There are a total of 22 lots in the Park of which 12 have been sold, 6 are under lease, 2 are available for occupancy, and several are available for sale. Some tenants specialize in the handling of bulk materials such as plastics or the storage and transfer of heavy commodities such as steel coils or steel plate. Cross-dock rail services as well as truck-to-truck transfer is available. A team track is accessible for temporary rail needs. Practically all of the necessary solutions involved in international transportation and warehousing can be found in this park.
